The first room built by the CiC Foundation outside of New York State opened in Jacksonville, FL on September 16, 2008 at Wolfson Children’s Hospital. The room was made possible by a lead gift from the Rotary Club of Deerwood (FL), coordinated by member Eddie Allen. Additional donations were made by the Jacksonville Jaguars (NFL) and the Jaguars players.

The room is built almost exclusively of DuPont’s Corian® and features 4 XBox 360s, 5 PCs, a large screen TV and a semi-private video conference pod. The club’s owner, Wayne Weaver; coach, Jack Del Rio and players Marcedes Lewis, Tony Pashos and Greg Jones participated in the opening ceremony.
